SoFurry 1.0 uses a simple JSON API. You send a GET request with some parameters, and you get a response in JSON format back. This API documentation covers the 1.0 API.
SoFurry 2.0 will have a different API, and there will be a transition period from one to the other. We may even keep the 1.0 API around for compatibility.
